How has implementing Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes benefited your patients?
What makes Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes different from other therapies?
The research that proves that this is a viable option for treatment, that patients should consider first before they begin other treatments. Therapeutic Lifestyle Change empowers patients and gives them the ability to improve their health and quality of life for a lifetime - not simply altering a test result or for achieving a short-term goal. It exemplifies the naturopathic principle of treating the whole person, and not just the symptom or disease. Healthy foods and eating habits, proper sleep, exercise, and good mental (and spiritual) health are the foundation for good health. Chronic diseases are easier to treat when these foundations are adopted and followed by people.
