Answers to Type 2 Diabetes question
I seem to have most of the symptoms of type 2 diabetes & PAD, yet my weight has been unchanged at 170 lbs, which is excellent for my height of 6' . Is my analysis of my situation incorrect in that I am not overweight ?

Hello Lancelot,
You are correct that your overall weight is fine for your height. However, please do not confuse total weight with body composition, which is the ratio of fat to lean body mass.
You may very well be suffering from metabolic syndrome or a pre-diabetic state. You would certainly benefit from a change in lifestyle. As a very general recommendation with out having any specifics I would encourage you to asses your current eating habits as well as your activity level. I routinely tailor make programs for people just as yourself who were wise in making changes early before things got worse.
