Answers to Metabolic Syndrome question
I've been searching for answers or help to my medical problems and I found this website. I was wondering if anyone in the Pennsylvania area is offering the TLC program that I've read about online.
I'm only 31 and I was recently diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis and my sister who is only 34 suffers from MS. Both of us have tried changing our diets and exercising on a regular basis and yet neither of us have managed to make any head way on our weight or our health.
I'm currently on thyroid, chronic heartburn, vit. D supplements and anti inflammatory meds. My sister is on rebif for her MS, high blood pressure and high cholesterol meds. Both of us are obese and borderline diabetics. We both need help for ourselves and for the sake of our families.
If you know of anyone offering something similar to the TLC program I would appreciate someone pointing me in the proper direction.
