Answers to Fibromyalgia question
I have had Fibromyalgia for over 20 years as well as many other chronic conditions. How do I cope with the effects from all(see profile) and continue to stay sane as on top of all these symptoms I shattered my wrists in 2000 and can no longer work. I am at my wits end to try to survive and lately it is a real struggle. Any thing that will be helpful I will look at.

Hello Healthy Living,
You would certainly be a great candidate for our Therapeutic Lifestyle Program.
Based on your profile and the information stated in the question your situation seems at first look complex. Having helped hundreds through similar situation it is very reasonable that you could be feeling better with a few changes.
There are many activities that you may be able to handle as far as physical exercise. In addition a close look at your diet would be in order to eliminate foods that promote or aggravate inflammation. Next, I recommend a spinal examination to determine how much of a component this may be playing into the various conditions you are suffering from and how complex the situation.
An adrenal evaluation should be performed do determine how this glad is responding to the overall stress. In addition I suggest an anti-inflammatory medical food, 2 servings twice a day, 6-8 grams of EPA-DHA.
This will give you a great initial program to fine tune.
