Answers to Fibromyalgia question
I have a friend who is struggling with fibromyalgia. It really holds him back from living a normal life. Any suggestions?

Hello ljt,
There are a number of very successful steps your friend could take to help ease or possible eliminate the pain. Although, it is very likely he will need some Lifestyle changes, both nutritional support and chiropractic care as demonstrated in a recent study help most cases.
Initially I suggest a medical food known as UltraInflamX 360 2 srgs. Per day, 6-8 grams of EPA-DHA and a product called FibroPlex Plus one to two servings a day, and depending on the pain level he may want to add 1-3 tablets of Kaprex.
The frequency of chiropractic care would vary based on the severity.
This should get you off to a good start, and most feel better pretty quick.
