Answers to Cardiovascular Disease question
I want to take herbal supplements as I have read they may be beneficial for someone with my condition, but I am concerned that they may be harmful to me. Can you recommend dosage amounts for those products that would be most helpful?

Hello Healthy Living,
I may have missed your stated condition as I did not see it in the above question. There are several herbs that would be of benefit, although depending on what the condition is would certainly affect the type of herbs taken. However, for general heart support, that has a wide variety of applications, one of my favorites is Hawthorne Berry 20 – 50 mg. is wonderful. Garlic is also very good, as is Mistletoe about 5 ml of 1:2 extract.
